Cancellation Policy
We know that plans can change, and things don’t always go as expected.
If you let us know at least 48 hours before your tour, we’ll happily give you a 100% refund—no questions asked. If you cancel within 48 hours of the tour, we won’t be able to offer a refund, as we’ve already made arrangements for your spot and can’t easily fill it at the last minute. On rare occasions, we may need to cancel a tour ourselves due to weather or other unexpected reasons. If that happens, we’ll give you the option to reschedule or get a full refund—your choice.
Please remember: changing the date of your booking is considered a cancellation and is subject to the same policy. We recommend taking travel insurance to help cover any last-minute changes or emergencies.
Booking Verification
Due to some fake bookings across the tourism industry, we may need to verify your booking before the tour. Please bring an ID card to verify and conduct a simple ID check. This is only to protect you and make sure everything is in order. If we can’t confirm your booking properly, we may have to cancel it, but we’ll do our best to help.
Children’s Fares
Our child fare applies to all travelers under 16, including infants.
Every person must have their own seat on the tour vehicle—lap seating is not allowed for safety reasons.
Tour Prices & Itinerary
Desi Trips reserves the right to change prices or tour plans if something unexpected comes up.
Travel Insurance
We don’t include travel insurance in our tour prices. We strongly suggest you arrange travel insurance, especially one that covers cancellations or emergencies.
